If your organization originally created Sembly accounts using Microsoft SSO or Google SSO and your company domain has since changed/been reassigned, your Sembly accounts will become unavailable to log in via Microsoft or Google SSO after the domain change.
To retain the existing data, we suggest doing the following:
- Manually enable the email + password login flow if it is currently disabled (an admin chose SSO login only in Workspace Settings).
- Manually update all user emails to the new domain addresses. Each workspace member needs to do it on their own in Profile Settings.
- Ask users to use the “Forgot your Password?” option to set a password and log in via email + password.
- Each workspace member can now reconnect their Outlook or Google calendars. After this step, their new SSO credentials can be used for authorization.
