For some subscription plans, you may receive a monthly reminder email notifying you that certain meeting audio, text, or video history will be permanently removed in the following month due to your plan’s retention limits. Please review these notices carefully and export any important meeting files before the expiration date, as deleted data cannot be recovered. |

If you cancel your subscription, your videos remain available only until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, all videos associated with your account are automatically deleted the next day and cannot be restored. Please download or save any important videos before your subscription expires. |
