The Sembly agent joins your Teams meeting without being authorized to your Microsoft account. This means that Sembly connects as a meeting guest rather than a signed-in participant.
In Microsoft Teams, any participant who joins a meeting as a guest (without Microsoft account authentication) may display with the “unverified” label. This is a standard Microsoft behavior and does not indicate an issue with your meeting or with the Sembly agent.
It’s important to note that Sembly is an officially certified Microsoft 365 app. While the “unverified” label is a Microsoft system designation for guest participants, Sembly’s app itself is fully verified and trusted by Microsoft. For more information, please visit our Trust Center.
