The Collections section allows you to group and share multiple meetings with other members of your workspace. You can create a Collection by giving it a name and selecting meetings from those to which you have access (your own or ones shared with you with edit access). Only completed meetings can be shared via Collections.
As the Collection owner, you can:
Add or remove meetings from the Collection
Rename the Collection
Share it with others in the workspace
Stop sharing it at any time
If the Collection owner is removed from the workspace, there's an option to either:
Transfer ownership of the Collection to another workspace member, or
Delete the Collection altogether

Log in to your Sembly account and navigate to the Collections section from the left-hand menu

In the Personal tab, click + New, enter a title for your Collection, and then click Done

To add meetings, click + Add at the top right of the right-hand part of the window, or use the Add Meetings button in the center of the screen

Use the search bar or filters to find your meetings. You can also sort them by date

Select the meetings you’d like to include by ticking the checkboxes, then click Add Meetings to confirm

To share the Collection, click the Share Collection button on the left (sharing is not available for Professional Plans)
Use the dropdown list to select your teammates — all workspace members will appear there
Once you've selected the users, click Share

To stop sharing with all users, navigate to the Share Collection button again and click Stop Sharing. Confirm your selection by clicking Unshare

To remove one user, click the three dots next to the user and click Unshare
Shared with me
In Shared with me tab, you can access groups of meetings that you have been shared by other teammates.
Users who are added to a Collection:
Can view the meetings but cannot edit the Collection (rename it or change its contents)
Cannot reshare the Collection with others
Edit and remove Collections
To make changes to a Collection, click on the Collection slot. From there, you can edit the title (available via the three-dot menu), add more meetings, invite additional members, or delete the Collection entirely.
