Sembly gives the meeting owner full control over meeting processes. Each created meeting has a status. You can find the status in the meeting next to its title and in the meetings list view. Below is a description of each meeting status.
When it's time, Sembly will join your meeting and start the recording. If you have a lobby, make sure to admit the agent. You can use a URL to open the conference and join a meeting in the Sembly meeting slot. The Record toggle is on. |
|
This means that Sembly won't join your call. All meetings fall under this status if the user sets up "Don't automatically attend" in the calendar settings. Meetings a user was invited to fall under this status if the user sets up "Only meetings I created" in the calendar settings. The Record toggle is off. |
|
A meeting is streaming now; you can click the meeting card and view the meeting in Sembly to check meeting details, leave a note or share it with anyone you like. In the meeting card, you can pause the record and remove Sembly from the meeting by clicking the stop button. The meeting URL is available in Live status and still can be used. |

Status that compliments pausing while on the meeting. |

The meeting can't be recorded or completed. The No Content reason will be noted on the meeting slot. You will also be notified via email. If you can not detect the reason and fix it yourself using the troubleshoot guide, try to contact support for help by clicking Support. These meetings will be hidden from the meeting list for your comfort. To see No Content slots, you need to switch the toggle on. If you still wish Sembly to join this meeting, use the Invite to Sembly button on the upper-right window, fill in the meeting details, and Sembly will join. |

The processing of Transcription, Meeting Notes, and Key Items occurs independently. The transcription labeled as "Processing Transcript" is prioritized and processed first. Once you face the "Processing Meeting Notes" status, you can already access the transcription and listen to the audio. | |
This is the final phase of the submission process. Completed, successful meetings will remain in this status. |
