The Meeting List will likely be your most visited page in Sembly. It displays scheduled meetings for the next 2 weeks, as well as failed and recorded meetings. Any meeting in the list opens with a click.
Meetings Search
Log in to Sembly to see the meeting list. To find your meeting, type the title in the search bar at the top of the screen.
Use the in-meeting and cross-meeting searches whenever you need to find a meeting by its context. Type the keyword in a search field.
Use advanced search to open filters and search for meetings by applying various properties, such as participants, meeting type, date, and more.
Jump to Date
Jump to Date lets you quickly navigate between dates, such as Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, or a specific date of your choice. This saves time by eliminating the need to scroll or manually search for the desired timeframe.
All Meetings
You can scroll down to see the scheduled meeting and up to check the old and completed. Click today to jump into today's schedule.
Each meeting on the list includes detailed information. Before diving into the meeting details, you can confirm or cancel Sembly attendance via the Attend toggle, send a message to the meeting attendees if you are not attending the call personally, enter the meeting via the link, pause/resume and stop live meetings, view meeting statuses, and more. The info and functionality differ depending on the meeting status.

The meetings list does not display all unsuccessful meetings due to errors. To review these slots, hover over the toggle in the upper-right corner of the list and click it to switch it on. To hide them again, switch the toggle off.
Disable or Enable Video Recording for a specific meeting
You can now control video recording settings on a per-meeting basis. To disable video recording for a specific meeting, click the camera icon on a meeting slot. It will change the color from turquoise to grey. To activate the video, simply click the icon again.
This option applies only to upcoming meetings and lets you control when video is captured, giving you more flexibility and control over your recordings.
Please note that the video recording can be enabled or disabled for all meetings in your workspace by adjusting the agent settings. Only workspace admins can manage this.
