Sembly will record and transcribe the conversation enhancing your productivity.
Sembly can join Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet meetings by URL. All you need is to connect a calendar to sync your calls, sit back and welcome Sembly as your meeting assistant.
Sembly offers each user the ability to connect calendars during the registration process. If you did so, follow the steps below, depending on the calendar you chose, starting from step 4.
Sembly will sync two weeks ahead from your calendar at a time. |
Record all your meetings
Follow the steps below to record and transcribe every meeting, including those where you are the organizer or meetings you are invited to:
- Login to your Sembly account
- Connect a calendar you want to use. Read this article to learn more about calendars connection steps
- In the calendar settings, select All meetings in my calendar
- All future meetings with conference details from the calendar you have just connected will pop up on the Sembly Meeting List. Every meeting slot will display a Will Attend status. Read more about meeting statuses here. Note: If you use plugins or your calendar is already connected to a conference platform, the meeting URL will be attached to the invite automatically
- Join a meeting in time as you usually do or use a link to the conference in a meeting slot in Sembly. Sembly will announce itself upon joining
Sembly will record meetings you were invited to and store them in your Sembly account. It is important to verify the recording with the original meeting organizer in advance. If you are not a meeting organizer in a Calendar and you invited Sembly on a call, in Sembly you will be set as a meeting owner by default.
Sembly will join regardless of whether you are on the call or not. Make sure to inform other meeting participants about your assistant so that no one drops it from the call. |
Make sure the meeting description has a meeting URL |
