Sembly allows complete control over the meeting lifecycle. Each meeting has a status. You can see the meeting status next to the title and in the meetings list view. Below is a description of each status.
When it's time, Sembly will join your meeting and start the recording. If you have a lobby, make sure to admit the agent. You can use the invite URL displayed on the slot to join the meeting. The Attend toggle is on. |
This means that Sembly won't join your call. All meetings fall under this status if the user sets up "Don't automatically attend" in the calendar settings. Meetings to which a user was invited fall under this status if the user sets up "Only meetings I created" in their calendar settings. You can also switch off the attendance by toggling the Attend off. |

A meeting is streaming now; you can click the meeting slot and view the meeting in Sembly to check meeting details, leave a note, or share it with anyone you like. In the meeting card, you can pause the record and remove your agent from the meeting by clicking the stop button. |

No Content indicates an issue during meeting recording or processing. The reason will be highlighted in orange color on the meeting slot. If you can not detect the reason and fix it yourself using the troubleshooting guide, try to contact support for help by clicking Support. If the meeting is still ongoing, use the Invite to Sembly button in the upper-right window, fill in the meeting details, and Sembly will join. To keep your meeting list organized, you can hide No Content slots by switching the toggle off. If you want to see them again, simply switch the toggle back on. |
| It may take up to 25% of the call duration to fully process the meeting. The approximate processing time is visible inside the meeting in Sembly. When calculating a time, you need to wait for the results and ensure that you consider how you stopped the recording. | |
| This is the final phase of the submission process. Completed, successful meetings will remain in this status. | |
If a meeting is created more than once within the same workspace with the same URL, date, and time, Sembly will automatically mark the additional one as a Duplicate. Such meetings are inactive, displayed in gray, and will not be recorded. This prevents multiple agents from joining the same call due to duplicate invitations and ensures that only the original meeting is captured. |
