Sometimes, it may occur that the administrator of your workspace has configured the two most frequently used languages for meetings. However, your meeting was conducted in a language different from the languages set for your workspace and meeting language settings were not changed.

As a result, your meeting was completed with incorrect transcription and notes. To resolve this problem, please follow the steps described below:

• Download your meeting record;
• Upload it to your Sembly account, ensuring you select the correct language(s) during the upload process;
• Once the meeting is completed, you can review and enjoy the accurate results.
