Sembly offers unlimited hours of meeting invites, including the "Record meeting" feature, for Sembly Professional and above. However, one meeting shouldn't exceed 5 hours.
The Sembly Personal plan is a basic license that allows you to record 1 meeting hour free of charge. The first-month welcome bonus increases the limit up to 15 hours (900 minutes). To transcribe more, please upgrade your service plan.
Pre-recorded meetings can be uploaded to Sembly with time limits listed in the table below. When the limits are exceeded, more minutes can be purchased with credits for paid plans.
All the limits mentioned here are valid for one month, starting from the first day of the billing cycle, and will be applied each month.

If you subscribe to a Team, Team Plus, or Enterprise plan, the upload limit will multiply with each new member you add to your workspace. Eg.: in a workspace with 10 users, you will be able to upload 9000 audio minutes per month. All users can leverage a common pool of upload minutes and credits until they run out.
My workspace limits
The left-hand menu displays the remaining minutes and credits in your workspace. To view more detailed information, click the limits bar. Users subscribed to Team, Team Plus, and Enterprise plans see remaining minutes & credits for all workspace members.
The plan limits are renewed according to the billing cycle. When you subscribe to a trial, you will see a 7-day quota for minutes and credits. The billing cycle and limit renewal begin after the payment is made.
If you run out of credits, you can buy them directly from this popup by clicking the arrow icon. Only workspace admins can see it and, therefore, buy credits for the workspace.
