You can access your Sembly account using your registered email and password or by signing in via Single Sign-On (SSO).
To avoid creating a duplicate account, always sign in with the same email address you used during registration, whether you're entering a password or signing in through SSO. Using a different email, even from the same domain, will create a separate account.
If you signed up using one SSO provider, logging in with a different provider is not enabled by default, even if the email is the same. You can either connect the second provider to your existing account so both become available, or reset your password using "Forgot your password" and use email-and-password login going forward. |
