Cancellation of Pro and MAX subscription
If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you can do so at any time in your Sembly account. Your plan benefits will be active until the end of the billing period. Please note that before canceling your subscription, you need to remove all members from the workspace.
| As soon as the billing cycle ends, you can continue reviewing or downloading information in your Sembly account. You won't be able to record new meetings unless the subscription is renewed. |

Click the gear icon on the bottom-left of the window next to your profile picture, dive into Settings, and select Billing US 🇺🇸 or EU 🇪🇺

- In a pop-up, specify the cancellation reason

Confirm your decision. The cancellation is automatic. Your plan benefits will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.
Cancellation of Basic subscription
If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you can do so at any time in your Sembly account. Your plan benefits will be active until the end of the billing period.
| As soon as the billing cycle ends, your account will be moved to a non-paid Basic free trial mode. You can continue reviewing or downloading information in your Sembly account, as well as recording meetings limited to 1 hour. The meeting history (audio and text media) will be accessible only for the last 4 months. |

Cancellation during the free trial
If you are not willing to purchase a paid subscription, you can deactivate your 7-day free trial before it ends. Below, we will outline how to cancel the trial before charges are made.
- Cancel the subscription in the Billing section. The same rules apply to trial cancellations as to the paid subscription for Basic or Pro/MAX. Please follow the guide, which outlines specifics for the chosen plan.
- Delete account. If you don't feel like keeping using Sembly at all, you can remove your account, and your subscription will be automatically canceled.

If you have already received your first invoice and declined the payment through your bank, it will not prevent the system from attempting to collect the payment again. You need to cancel subscription in your Sembly account to avoid a charge. Reach out to support team if you experience any issues with the payment cancelation in the app. |
About cancellation:
- The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it.
- If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period with all the plan features. We do not provide refunds for purchased monthly or annual subscriptions. We can only stop future payments and freeze the remaining balance on your Sembly account. Make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid a charge. Read more here.

Sembly will not stop joining your meetings once you unsubscribe from any plan. With a connected calendar, Sembly continues to attend your meetings. To stop Sembly from attending, you need to disconnect your calendar in settings. |
How to renew the subscription
If you wish to renew your subscription before your current benefits end, simply email support@sembly.ai with your request. On the other hand, if your benefits have already ended and you want to resubscribe, you simply click "Renew Subscription" in the pop-up message inside your account.
