Sign in/Sign out/Reset your password

Are you a Sembly account holder? This article will teach you how to log in, log out, and restore a forgotten password. 

Users can sign in with an e-mail and password or use Google and Microsoft authentification.

Sign in with an Email

1. Using your browser open the login page
2. Insert your registered email address and valid password in the relevant fields
3. Click the Sign In button

Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple

1. Using your browser open the login page
2. Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft or Sing in with Apple
3. Select an account that you registered in Sembly if there are options
4. Give permissions if required

Note that you can't use any other SSO providers for Sign In, except the one you used for registration or calendar connection.

For example, if you signed up with Microsoft SSO, you can't use the Google SSO Sign In into this account even if the emails are the same. If you can't sign in to your account, we recommend resetting the password or messaging us at support@sembly.ai if the SSO Sign In stopped working for you.

Reset your Sembly password

If you are unable to log in and you see the alert sign, check if your email is correct and re-enter the password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it with the following next steps:

1. Under the Sign In button, find Forgot your password? to start the reset process
2. Confirm your Email: In the pop-up, enter the email address for your Sembly account. Click Confirm
3. Check your email inbox. You will receive a reset password email from Sembly. Follow instructions from the email to reset your password
4. In the Reset Your Password window, enter a new password twice and click Reset Password to confirm your changes
5. Repeat Sign In steps above using your new password

If you wish to change your password while you are in the app:

1. Go to Profile Settings
2. Select My Profile 
3. Click Change. We will send you the email to your mailbox

   

4. Follow the link in the email, to insert a new password

   

5. Click Confirm

Sign Out from your Sembly Account

1. Click your avatar In a sidebar bottom
2. Select Sign out in the dropdown
