Sign up with a Microsoft account
- Open the registration page
- Choose the Data Hosting Region (US or EU) from a dropdown

Click the Microsoft icon

Connect your Microsoft (Outlook) or Google Calendar, and click Next. You can also click Skip and connect a calendar later in Settings -> My Calendars

If you continue with a calendar, select one of the options for how Sembly will join your meetings and click Next:

- All meetings in my calendar — Syncs meetings you host and are invited to. Always confirm with the organizer that Sembly is present and recording

Only meetings I created — Syncs only the meetings you schedule

Don’t automatically attend — Syncs all meetings but lets you choose which ones Sembly join

- Select the Microsoft account you want to connect to Sembly and give permissions
- Fill in the required information and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click Complete
- Select a plan you would like to trial. Please note that you can choose a monthly or an annual subscription. An enterprise subscription can be requested by filling out the form when clicking Contact Sales Team. To move between plans, use the arrows below the plans. To get a feature comparison, unfold the information with the More details button
- In the next window, select your currency — this can only be set once and cannot be changed later. Add a promotion code if you have one. Fill in your payment details and click Start Free Trial. If you would like to check the plans again, simply click Back to Plans and review them before making a purchase.
- For the Team plan, you can also add the Semblian 2.0 trial alongside your main Sembly subscription. When you're ready, click +Add to My Plan. Skip if you still consider this.
- Fill in the details about yourself and your company, then click the Next button
- When creating an account on the Team plan, you can invite team members straight away from the next page. Add their emails, select their roles, and click Invite to send out their invites. Then click Next to finish the registration. If you don't plan to onboard team members yet, just proceed with the Next button without filling out the form.
Your account is ready to use now. Record your first meeting and check it out in Sembly!

Sign up with an Email address
A good old way to register is to use your usual email address. This option requires email confirmation. Having signed up without calendars, you will need to manually invite Sembly to your calls going forward, unless you set up calendars in settings afterward.

In the next window, type your email, password, password confirmation and click Sign Up
Note that we do not support registration for temporary or anonymized emails. Therefore, you can not use or create your account with domains like @duck.com, @protonmail.com, @pm.me, @emailondeck.com, @maildrop.cc, and others -
The next step requires you to enter a validation code sent to the email address you're trying to register in Sembly. Open your box and look for the "Email confirmation" with digits. Copy and return to the Sembly page
- Enter the validation code and click Continue. If you haven't received a code, try resending it by clicking Resend code
- Fill in the required information and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click Complete

| If you sign up using an Apple ID or your email and password, Sembly won’t automatically join your calls. To activate this option, you need to set up Calendars in your profile settings. |
Sign in to an existing Workspace
Users with pending invites to existing workspaces in their mailbox can choose whether to create a new workspace or join an existing one. Please note that although the invite in the mailbox expires after 14 days, the ability to join it during registration stays for a long time. If you noticed a pending invite during your registration that you weren't aware of, please make sure that the invite is valid.
| Note that you won't be able to use any other SSO providers for Sign In, except the one you used for registration or calendar connection. |
