After activating Semblian 2.0 and assigning licenses, you and your team members can see the Semblian 2.0 section and My Chats page in the left-hand menu. You can use it to ask questions across multiple meetings and insights, as well as generate different artifacts like reports, sales proposals, etc.
My Chats Functionality and Restrictions
Meetings Database. You can chat with Semblian 2.0 about one or many meetings that you have access to in your Sembly account, which are listed on the My Meetings or Shared With Me pages.
By default, Semblian 2.0 in My Chats has access to your completed meetings for the last 30 days. If you don't specify any particular meeting(s), it will provide answers based on this default database. |
Semblian 2.0 is a tool for your personal productivity, and it doesn't have access to other team members' meetings in your workspace, even if they were assigned licenses like you. If you need to analyze a meeting or generate a report from it, and you don't have access to it in your Sembly account, please request a meeting owner to share it with you.
Add-ons. Add meetings or insights to the Semblian 2.0 chat to get the most appropriate information. Scroll down to see the instructions. You can add as many meetings or insights to a chat as you need.
Artifacts. Reports, task lists across multiple meetings, sales proposals, marketing strategy files, templates, and many other documents can be created in chat. Semblian 2.0 generates artifacts on its own based on its understanding of your communication in chat. You can also ask it to put together a text document based on the chat replies.
Please note that artifacts are limited to 40 items per month per license. Artifacts can be exported to PDF, DOCX, HTML, and Markdown. |
My Chats Overview
1. Open My Chats in the account left-hand menu or follow this link. As soon as you create several chats, they appear in the Recent chats section below for quick access
2. All the recent and today's chats are listed on the page, separated by sections. To start a new chat, click Create New Chat in the middle of the page for the first time. Next time, click the New Chat button in the upper menu next to a search bar. This article explains how to use the chat
3. To find a particular chat on the page, use the Search chats... bar by their titles
4. To pin, change a title, or delete a chat, hover over the chat slot and select a required action
Pinned chats show up at the top of the page for easy access. When you click the bin icon, chats are deleted right away and can’t be restored.
5. Artifacts generated in the chat are accessible in the interface right away. Click the document to view, copy content, or export to PDF, DOCX, HTML, and Markdown.
