Insights can be considered as expert suggestions that are specific to you, your role, and your meeting context.

Insights are tailored to individual users based on their roles and the specific meetings users attend. Users must input personal data (e.g., department and role) during the first generation of insights to ensure relevance.
Insights are only visible to the user who generated them, even if others have access to the same meeting. Insights can only be generated in a maximum of 25 meetings per month and are currently available only in English.
Note that insights may not be personalized if the user was a passive participant in the meeting, and they may be more general if the user did not actively contribute.
To generate the insights,
- Open your meeting, and on the left-side menu, click My Insights
- Click Generate. It can take some time to generate the items, so you can exit the meeting and then come back to check them after a while
- When the Insights are ready, you can click "Show details" to see the AI suggestions for the next steps you can take on the discussed matter
- You can click Copy to copy the Insight text (along with details)
- Clicking "Work on this" will redirect you to the Semblian chat, where you can use prompts to connect more data from the other meetings and create artifacts related to the insight
Alternatively, you can pull insights from various meetings directly from the Semblian chat. To access the Insights in Semblian, you need to generate them first in meetings.
- Open Semblian 2.0 chat on the upper left side, click My Chats and create a new chat. Learn how to create chats in this guide
- Search for an Insight in the search field on the top of the window, or select from the list by clicking "Add"
