At Sembly, we understand the importance of managing multiple calendars efficiently. While there is an option to connect more than one Google Calendar with Google Calendar sharing options, Outlook doesn't have this ability.
There are a few options to invite Sembly to meetings from more than one Outlook account:
- Email Invite
- Add a new email to email aliases in My Profile settings. Here you can find a detailed guide about it
- Open the event on your calendar, and add agent@sembly.ai to the list of attendees. If you need more help, refer to our guide on email invitations
- Refresh your meetings list in your Sembly account. The new invite should now appear on the list
- Add Other calendars following this guide
