You can use special keywords and phrases to add the necessary items. To use Sembly Commands, simply say the command during a meeting, as shown in the examples below.
For instance, to add a risk item to the list of Risks, you may say, “Sembly add risk item: this update may impact some of our customers”. After your meeting is processed, “This update may impact some of our customers” will be one of the items added to the Key Items list.
