While on the meeting, you may have discussions that fall under the secret status and may be necessary to be cut off the record. Knowing this, Sembly allows various manipulations during the meeting, such as pausing the record or stopping it completely. Also, we ask Sembly users to warn people they are about to attend meetings regarding a personal recording assistant so other parties wouldn't remove it.
Some actions mentioned above can be performed during the call on your conference platform, others - in Sembly.
- Removing Sembly from the call will stop the record and launch an immediate meeting processing. If you end the meeting instead, Sembly stays on the call for 10 more minutes. This has been decided to prevent Sembly's immediate take-off in case of a sudden call drop of all participants caused by the network errors. Click the following links to see the platform's instructions on removing a meeting attendee: Zoom, Google Meet.
