There are several meeting settings that define Sembly behavior on the call. Sembly has to have access to the meeting waiting room (lobby), meeting audio, the attendee’s list, and the actual dialogue of meeting attendees in order to record your call.
In meetings where the lobby is enabled, Sembly waits in the lobby for up to 10 minutes until a meeting host (or an attendee) admits Sembly. If no one admits Sembly or kicks it off, the meeting won't be recorded.
In a meeting where the lobby is disabled, Sembly enters as any other attendee.
In meetings where a meeting chat is available for "guests", Sembly sends a greeting message.
In meetings where a meeting chat is unavailable, Sembly can't send messages but records a call as usual.
If Sembly can't access meeting audio, or participants are muted, it will send a warning message to a chat and leave the meeting after 10 minutes of silence.
If Sembly is alone in the meeting, and no one else joined, Sembly drops the call in 10 minutes.
