|The registration process described here is different than the regular registration. If you register using the regular link, you will not be able to verify your device and activate a bonus of a free trial for 1 month. In this case, we suggest creating a new account under another email. If you wish to use the same email as you used to, please make sure to save all the meeting data from your Sembly account, then remove it and use this email for a SmartMeeting account registration process.
Users who wish to register their accounts with a “single sign-on” can select one of the authentification options Sembly offers and skip the usual flow of filling in a password and an e-mail.

- Select one of the offered: Google, Microsoft, or Apple authentification
Note that you won't be able to use any other SSO providers for Sign In, except the one you used for registration or calendar connection.
- You will be redirected to Sign in with Google form, Microsoft, or Apple accordingly
- Enter the serial number of your SmartMeeting device, which you can find on your device as shown in the picture, and the promo code (or fill in the promo code later in settings)
- Click Start using Sembly
- Your account is ready to use now. No filling in details and no confirmation needed. From now on, use the authentification you selected to enter without a password. Further to log in, use the usual link https://webapp.sembly.ai/login
Sign-up with an e-mail address
A good old way to register is to use your e-mail address.

- Fill in your e-mail address
- Click Sign Up
- In the next window, type your name and click Next
- Set a password and click Done
- Enter the serial number of your SmartMeeting device, which you can find on your device as shown in the picture, and Promo Code (or fill in the promo code later when filling in card details)
- Click Start using Sembly
- You will be redirected to Sembly right away! To log in next time, use the usual link https://webapp.sembly.ai/login and e-mail/password fields each time.

Promo code and serial number
Your discount will be counted and displayed in the Billing section. You can also see the promo code expiration date. The promo code can be used only once and can’t be passed on to other Sembly accounts. The promo code will be applied every month during the 12-month period (including the trial month).
The S/N of your SmartMeeting will be stored in your profile settings.
