The registration process described here is different than the regular registration. If you register using the regular link, you will not be able to verify your device and activate a bonus of a free trial for 1 month. In this case, we recommend creating a new account using a different email address. If you wish to use the same email address as you did previously, please ensure that you save all the meeting data from your Sembly account, then delete it and use this email address for the SmartMeeting account registration process. |
Google/Microsoft/Apple ID
Users who wish to register their accounts with single sign-on can select one of the authentication options Sembly offers and skip the usual password and email fields.
- Use a dedicated link to sign up https://webapp.sembly.ai/signup/smartmeeting-user.
- Choose your Data Hosting Region (US or EU).

Select one of the offered: Google, Microsoft, or Apple authentication.
Note that you won't be able to use any other SSO providers for Sign In, except the one you used for registration or calendar connection. - You will be redirected to Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple accordingly.

Enter the serial number of your SmartMeeting device, which you can find on your device as shown in the picture, and add the promo code. Click Start using Sembly.
- Fill in the required information and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click Complete.
- Fill in the details about yourself and your company, then click Next.
- When creating an account on the Team plan, you can invite team members straight away from the next page. Add their emails, select their roles, and click Invite to send out their invites. Then click Next to finish the registration. If you don't plan to onboard team members yet, just proceed with the Next button without filling out the form.
- Your account is now ready for use — no payment details need to be filled in, and no confirmation is required. From now on, use the authentication method you selected to sign in without a password. To log in, use the usual link https://webapp.sembly.ai/home.
Sign up with an email address
A traditional way to register is to use your email address.
- Click the special link to register https://webapp.sembly.ai/signup/smartmeeting-user.
- Choose your Data Hosting Region (US or EU).

Fill in your e-mail address and click Sign Up.

In the next window, set your password and click Next

In the next window, please enter the validation code that was sent to your email and click Continue

Promo code and serial number
Your discount will be counted and displayed in the Billing section. You can also see the promo code expiration date in the Promotion Codes section when you scroll down. The promo code can be used only once and can’t be passed on to other Sembly accounts. The promo code will be applied every month during the 12-month period (including the trial month).
The S/N of your SmartMeeting device will be stored in the My Profile section.
