Secure Authentication with SSO-Only Login

Sembly AI offers an added layer of security with its SSO-Only Login feature, available exclusively in the Enterprise plan. This option ensures that all users in a workspace authenticate via Single Sign-On (SSO), disabling the standard email and password login.

When Enforce SSO-Only Login is enabled, it guarantees that user access is fully managed through your organization's identity provider, enhancing security and simplifying user management.

How to Enable SSO-Only Login

Workspace Admins can manage this setting:

1. Open Settings (gear icon at the bottom left, next to your avatar)
2. Navigate to Workspace Details
3. Scroll down to find the Enforce SSO-Only Login option

Please note that only Workspace Admins can manage this setting, while Registrars can view it but cannot make changes.

By enforcing SSO, organizations can maintain stricter control over account access, align with internal security policies, and simplify onboarding and offboarding processes.
