What should I do if I created my account in the US region but need it to be in the EU?

If you need to switch from the US to the EU region, here’s what you can do:

1. Download your recordings from your US-region account manually.

2. Create a new account in the EU region using a different email address.

3. Upload your recordings to the new EU account.

4. Cancel your US-region subscription and subscribe to a paid plan in the EU-region account (if needed).

Note: If you want to use the same email address for your new EU-region account, you'll need to first delete your account in the US region. Sembly does not allow the same email to be registered in different regions simultaneously.

It also works vice versa, if you created your account in the EU but want to move to the US region.
