Sembly offers a data migration service between regions only for Team, Team Plus, and Enterprise plans with more than 5 members in the workspace. The cost and timeline can be discussed with the Customer Success team, or you can also email support@sembly.ai. All transfers must be performed manually by individual users on the Professional plan and small teams. The steps are the following:
Download your recordings from your US region account manually.
Create a new account in the EU region using a different email address.
Upload your recordings to the new EU account.
Cancel your US region subscription and subscribe to a paid plan in the EU region account (if needed).
Note: If you want to use the same email address for your new EU-region account, you'll need to first delete your account in the US region. Sembly does not allow the same email to be registered in different regions simultaneously.
