HIPAA can be configured in the Workspace Details section and is available only for Max and Enterprise customers.
When you enable the HIPAA compliance feature in your account settings, some features will be disabled because they rely on third-party apps that are not HIPAA-compliant.
The following features will be affected:
- Most of the Native Automations, except: Notion for Meeting Notes, Notion for Assignments, Microsoft To Do, Google Tasks, Slack for Meeting Notes
- Zapier Custom Automations
As a result, with HIPAA compliance enabled, you won't be able to use Zapier webhooks to transfer data from Sembly to other apps. However, you can use Custom Automation via endpoint.
You need to switch the HIPAA toggle off to return the mentioned abilities. Please note that the affected automations cannot be automatically restored upon deactivation.
