You can change the Sembly name when it joins the meeting. By default, Sembly is called "your workspace name" Sembly Agent. But you can customize it in two ways:
- By changing your workspace name
- By completely replacing the agent's name (available in the Professional plan and above). This feature unlocks in the Professional plan and above and will be available for workspace admins only
Workspace Name
- Click the gear icon on the bottom left next to your avatar and select Settings
- Select Details in the context menu on the left
- In the General section on top of the page, click the relevant field and insert the name you wish
MS Teams and Zoom

- Click the gear icon on the bottom left next to your avatar and select Settings
- Select Agent in the context menu on the left
- In the Agent Customization section, next to Agent Name (for Zoom and MS teams), hit Edit and insert a new name
- To return the default option, click Reset
You will see the new name on the attendee's list at the meeting.
Google Meet
To change the agent name for the Google Meet platform, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Click the gear icon on the bottom left next to your avatar and select Settings
- Select Details in the context menu on the left
- In the Agent section, next to Google Meet Agent select Manage
- In the popup, enter a new name, upload an image, and click Done
- Wait for our team to complete the setup

Doesn't work. Still comes up as Sembly Agent
