Sembly captures your meeting video by default from calls recorded in Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx. If you don't want to record the visual part of your calls, you can disable it in the Workspace settings. After the video recording is turned off, Sembly will record only audio.
Video quality and color depth differ for paid plans. The legacy Enterprise and new Max/Enterprise plan is 2560x1600x24. The legacy Professional/Team/Team Plus and new Pro are 1024x768x16.
Only workspace admins can manage video availability in a workspace's settings.
- Log in to your account and click the gear icon on the bottom-left, select Settings
- Click Agent in the Workspace section in the menu on the left side
- Find the Audio/Video Recordings block
- Use the toggle to switch the setting on or off
With the recording turned off, the Video button inside the meetings will be inactive.
