Zapier Shortcuts for Personal Automations

Along with web-hook Custom automations, you can quickly connect your favorite tool using Sembly as a trigger to start your zap or our templates inside your account.

Such automation will be reflected in your Zapier account and will not appear in Sembly. All meetings that you submit after creating the Zap will be automatically sent to the connected tool.

Start New Zap

1. Log in to your Zapier account or create a new account
2. Click + Create Zap on the upper left

   

3. Search for Sembly AI or use our shortcut link: https://zapier.com/apps/sembly-ai/integrations  

   

4. In the “Event” field, click to open a dropdown and select what you would like to send

   

5. Click Continue (at the "App & event" )
6. Open My Automations in the left-hand menu in your Sembly account. Select the Zapier tab or click this link 
7. Click Generate New API Key and copy it.
8. Go back to Zapier, paste the API Key, and click Yes, continue to Sembly AI  
   

   

9. Click Continue and test the trigger, use the button Continue with the selected record
10. In the new "Change action" window, select the app you wish to connect, enter your account details, and fill in the rules as required. You can refer to our guides for webhook connection

    

11. Publish Zap

Use Templates

You can use our templates if the connection you seek is already in our templates list. Templates contain a ready-to-use integration that requires just a few clicks to establish a connection. 

1. Open My Automations in your Sembly account. Select the Zapier tab or click this link 

   

2. Select the automation that you are looking for and click Use this Zap
3. You will be redirected to your Zapier account 
4. In Zapier, you will need to log in to the app you are connecting to Sembly

    

5. Test the trigger and publish a Zap
